Part-Time Brand & Fashion Creative Assistant

Afterpartybride is looking for a creative, organised and proactive Part-Time Brand & Fashion Creative Assistant to support our Founder & Creative Director.

This hybrid role combines fashion content creation, photography, social media marketing, shoot coordination and creative administrative support. It is suitable for a fashion, photography, marketing or media student who wants hands-on experience building a modern bridal fashion brand.

You will support the creative process from developing moodboards and preparing photoshoots to editing content and publishing it across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Fashion Photography and Creative Production

  • Assist with planning and executing weekly bridal and fashion photoshoots
  • Develop moodboards, shoot concepts and visual references aligned with the Afterpartybride aesthetic
  • Source suitable shoot locations, props and creative references
  • Assist with coordinating models, makeup artists, stylists and external vendors
  • Prepare gowns, accessories, props and equipment before each shoot
  • Arrange model fittings and maintain shoot preparation checklists
  • Photograph bridal collections, design details and behind-the-scenes content
  • Assist with directing models to achieve natural, modern and editorial images
  • Capture short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu
  • Edit and retouch photographs and videos while maintaining a consistent brand style
  • Organise and archive photographs, videos and other digital assets clearly

Brand and Content Marketing

  • Assist with planning the weekly and monthly content calendar
  • Create and edit content using Canva, CapCut and relevant editing software
  • Prepare content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Lemon8 and Xiao Hong Shu
  • Support daily Instagram Stories featuring gowns, styling ideas, launches and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Adapt selected content for English- and Chinese-speaking audiences
  • Create marketing materials for social media, website banners, EDMs, advertisements and promotional campaigns
  • Assist with website updates, product listings, blogs and Google Business Profile updates
  • Conduct trend, competitor and bridal-fashion research
  • Prepare weekly creative moodboards and campaign ideas
  • Assist with basic SEO, keyword research and content optimisation
  • Support influencer, model and brand collaborations
  • Track content deliverables and follow up with collaborators where required
  • Help monitor comments, messages and community engagement
  • Prepare a simple weekly update on completed work, content performance and upcoming priorities

Founder and Creative Director Support

  • Attend creative meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Translate the Founder’s ideas into moodboards, content plans and shoot concepts
  • Maintain shoot schedules, campaign timelines and content trackers
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-ups relating to shoots and collaborations
  • Assist with sourcing vendors, models, locations, props and creative materials
  • Support product launches, events and other assigned brand projects
  • Ensure assigned projects are completed accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in fashion, bridalwear, branding, photography and social media
  • A good creative eye for styling, composition, colour, lighting and visual storytelling
  • Basic photography, filming and editing experience
  • Familiarity with Canva and CapCut
  • Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Lemon8 and Xiao Hong Shu
  • Comfortable communicating in English; Chinese proficiency would be an advantage
  • Organised, responsible and able to manage deadlines
  • Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Comfortable communicating with models, vendors and collaborators
  • Able to work independently after receiving creative direction
  • Fashion, photography, marketing, design and media students are welcome to apply

Working Arrangement

  • Part-time position
  • Twice a week
  • Approximately four hours per working day
  • One planned content or photoshoot session each week
  • Creative scheduling based on campaign and shoot requirements
  • Salary: $12 per hour
  • Location: Singapore
