Job Summary

RENOVAX PTE. LTD. is looking for a skilled and experiencedSenior Tile Specialist to perform high-quality floor and wall tiling works forresidential, commercial, and construction projects across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Carry out floor and wall tiling works using ceramic, porcelain, homogeneous, and other construction tiles
• Prepare surfaces through screeding, leveling, and waterproofing before tile installation
• Read and interpret construction drawings, measurements, and layout plans accurately
• Cut, align, install, grout, and finish tiles according to project specifications
• Ensure quality workmanship and proper finishing standards at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas after completion of work
• Follow all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site safety requirements
• Work independently or together with site teams to complete projects within deadlines
• Travel to multiple project sites across Singapore when required
• Be willing to work weekends, public holidays, overtime, or night shifts based on project requirements

Required Competencies & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant tiling experience in Singapore construction or renovation projects
• Good knowledge of floor and wall tiling techniques and finishing works
• Ability to read construction drawings and site measurements
• Physically fit and capable of performing site-based construction duties
• Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices

Preferred Skills

• Waterproofing knowledge
• Surface preparation and screeding experience
• Good attention to detail and workmanship quality

Ability to coordinate with supervisors andproject teams
