Assistant Manager, Marcomms
As the Assistant Manager, Marcomms of Civil Service Club, you will be responsible for developing integrated marketing campaigns to promote the Club’s membership, facilities, programmes and offerings. You will also manage and grow the Club’s communication channels and platforms serving the public service community, build relationships with public service stakeholders and support initiatives that strengthen CSC’s reach and member value. You will also play a supervisory role within the Marcomms team. You will report directly to the Marcomms Manager.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote CSC’s membership, facilities, services, programmes and offerings, working with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners to achieve campaign objectives
Develop and implement marketing and outreach programmes aligned with CSC’s business priorities, member needs and market trends, including initiatives to increase awareness, participation and utilisation of CSC’s sports programmes, venues and corporate cohesion offerings
Monitor and evaluate marketing performance through campaign metrics, survey findings and market insights, and recommend improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness and member engagement
Manage and grow CSC’s public service outreach channels and platforms, including email marketing and WorkPal, to strengthen outreach and engagement with the wider public service community
Build and maintain relationships with HR and staff welfare representatives across public service agencies, and identify opportunities for partnerships, marketing and engagement programmes that enhance CSC’s membership value and outreach
Supervise and support the Marcomms team, including providing direction, monitoring deliverables, coaching team members and ensuring quality, consistency and timely delivery of marketing activities
Provide secretariat and coordination support for relevant meetings, committees and working groups
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Marcomms Manager
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Communications or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing communications, integrated marketing or related fields, preferably with experience supervising or managing team members. Candidates with a Diploma should have at least 6 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital marketing, social media, content marketing and brand communications, with up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends and developments
Strong copywriting, content development and visual communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging and effective marketing materials for different audiences and communication channels
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, from planning and implementation to performance evaluation
Experience in developing and managing partnerships, stakeholder engagement and outreach programmes
Demonstrates a growth mindset and willingness to learn, embrace new ideas and take on new challenges
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to use campaign performance, member insights and market data to inform marketing decisions and recommendations
Digitally savvy and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies and vendors
