Polytechnic Internship

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Content Creation Intern to support our marketing and social media activities. The ideal candidate should have an interest in fashion, branding and digital content, with basic skills in photography, videography and video editing.

You will work closely with the team to create engaging visual content that showcases our bespoke suits, corporate uniforms, fabrics, fittings, behind-the-scenes processes and brand story across social media and other marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels.
• Assist with product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes photoshoots.
• Take photographs and short-form videos of suits, uniforms, fittings, fabrics, customers and company activities.
• Film and edit Reels, TikTok videos, promotional videos and other short-form content.
• Assist in developing creative concepts, content ideas and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare simple graphics, captions and promotional materials for social media.
• Help maintain a consistent brand image and visual style across all marketing channels.
• Assist with scheduling and posting social media content.
• Research current fashion, tailoring and social media trends.
• Support marketing activities, events, launches and promotional campaigns when required.
• Organise and maintain the company's photo and video content library.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Film, Photography, Design, Fashion Marketing or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate skills in photography and videography.
• Able to shoot good-quality content using a camera or smartphone.
• Familiar with video-editing applications such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
• Basic knowledge of graphic-design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Comfortable creating content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Good sense of visual composition, styling and storytelling.
• Creative, willing to contribute ideas and able to follow brand guidelines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently when required.
• Interest in fashion, menswear, tailoring or lifestyle branding will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting or assisting with photoshoots.
• Able to direct simple poses and compositions during product or model shoots.
• Experience editing short-form social-media videos.
• Knowledge of social-media trends, hooks, transitions and content formats.
• Basic understanding of social-media analytics and digital marketing.
• Portfolio, Instagram page, TikTok account or examples of previous photo/video work would be an advantage.
