Project Manager (M&E | A&A Projects | 5.5 days)

This is a BCA-registered Main Contractor specialising in A&A (Alteration & Addition) works for commercial, institutional, and residential projects, primarily serving public sector clients including JTC Corporation, Singapore Food Agency, DSTA, National Library Board, and PUB

● Plan, coordinate, and control M&E works to meet project requirements and timelines.

● Review drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies, and coordinate shop drawings.

● Schedule and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution.

● Liaise with authorities, clients, and subcontractors on submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning.

● Conduct M&E coordination meetings and report progress and issues to the Project Manager.

● Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

● Support M&E changes and approvals in compliance with local regulations.

● Minimum Degree in any M&E or Building Services.

● Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore

● Independent with good communication skills
