Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical advice to internal teams and global customers on complex optical and laser product inquiries to ensure optimal application and system performance.
• Advise customers on detailed product specifications, customized optical applications, and system capabilities to support informed decision-making.
• Review, refine, and approve technical documentation, including product datasheets and engineering workflows, to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
• Guide sales colleagues during critical customer consultations and technical proposal stages to enhance solution alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate and improve troubleshooting workflows related to optical alignment, laser systems, and optical-mechanical interfaces to optimize system reliability and performance.

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Physics, Optics, Laser Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
