Senior Executive, Regional Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement China market sales plans, channel development, client acquisition, and key account management across attraction and hotel products to hit regional revenue and growth KPIs.
  • Support seasonal and campaign-based promotions (online + offline) by securing exclusive partner offers and coordinating with marketing on execution, to boost engagement and drive lead conversions.
  • Coordinate cross-team collaboration (sales, operations, and external agencies) to streamline partnership initiatives, promotional campaigns, and account onboarding.
  • Support account portfolio management, including performance tracking, partner coordination, and reporting to ensure smooth commercial partnership.
  • Build and maintain high-value partner and client relationships; lead business negotiations, partnership agreements, and long-term collaboration development with key accounts.
  • Proactively source and onboard new partners to expand sales conversion opportunities.
  • Develop and execute China market sales strategy across attractions and hotel products, managing key account portfolios with China-focused OTA and travel partners to hit revenue and growth KPIs.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with Singapore-based resellers to develop China market, and secure preferential terms, exclusive offers to increase sales conversion.
  • Analyze China consumer booking trends and platform performance data to forecast demand and identify cross-sell opportunities between attractions and hotels.
  • Degree or above in Hotel Management, Marketing, Business management or related discipline.
  • Business-fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate and manage relationships with China-based partners, OTA platforms, and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Strong understanding of the China travel ecosystem and China outbound travel market is required.
  • Min 2-3 years in sales, business development, key account management, or commercial partnerships within travel industry, particularly OTA and attractions/hospitality.
  • Demonstrated success in OTA marketing campaign execution, and track record driving marketing growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, working knowledge of OTA e-booking systems, and hotel booking system.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, project management and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and under pressure.
