Contract IT Project Manager (PAM/IAM)

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver an IAM/PAM integration project on a 6-month contract basis

This role will work closely with Information Security, IT engineers, consultants, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery from planning through implementation and transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.

• Coordinate multiple technical teams and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

• Lead regular project/cadence meetings and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders.

• Proactively identify project risks, issues and dependencies, and drive timely resolution.

• Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations and cross-functional alignment.

• Support engineers and technical teams by removing blockers and ensuring requirements are clearly understood.

• Track project progress, benefits realisation and remediation activities.

• Coordinate testing, handover, training and transition to operations.

• Maintain project documentation, including implementation plans, meeting minutes, risk/issue registers and status reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or integration projects.

• Strong project planning, stakeholder and vendor management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, identify risks early and proactively prevent delays.

• Comfortable working with technical engineers and translating technical matters into clear business updates.

• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with IAM/PAM or cybersecurity projects would be an advantage.
