Employee Engagement & Internal Communications Specialist

Responsibilities
1. Feedback-Driven Staff Communications
- Conceptualise and develop engaging content, including videos, EDMs and visuals, based on feedback gathered through key employee engagement touchpoints and leadership engagement sessions.
- Support change management communications for organisational initiatives, ensuring communications are timely, clear and aligned with organisational priorities.
- Maintain and update staff feedback and communication platforms to ensure information remains current and relevant.
- Consolidate and analyse post-event feedback and engagement data, including attendance tracking across staff events.
- Support the planning and execution of staff engagement events, including the production, distribution and tracking of event collaterals.
2. Staff Engagement Campaign Support
- Support the execution of organisation-wide staff engagement campaigns and initiatives, creating meaningful touchpoints that strengthen employee engagement and a shared sense of identity.
- Manage the calendar of engagement activities and track staff participation to identify opportunities to sustain interest and momentum throughout campaigns.
- Support budget tracking, vendor coordination and collateral production.
- Oversee the issuance and distribution of campaign collaterals to staff.
3. Cross-Functional Learning & Development Delivery
- Partner with Centres of Excellence (COEs) to support the successful delivery of workshops, training sessions and Brown Bag Sessions.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue setup, materials preparation and refreshments, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and facilitators.
- Liaise with business units to curate and coordinate Brown Bag Sessions, including scheduling, speaker coordination and logistics.
- Support copywriting and EDM creation for session publicity.
- Provide photography and videography support during sessions to document and promote initiatives across internal channels.
4. New Joiner & Intranet User Experience
- Review existing designs, user experiences and structures to support an enhanced new joiner experience.
- Gather and analyse staff feedback to understand user needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to implement enhancements and improve the overall intranet user experience.
5. Knowledge Management & Administrative Support
- Ensure L&D, staff engagement and organisational events are properly documented and archived to support knowledge retention.
- Maintain accurate records of award recipients and event attendance.
- Manage photography, videography and other event collaterals, ensuring key outputs, resources and learnings are systematically stored and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the L&D team, including vendor management and procurement of goods and services in accordance with procurement guidelines.
Requirements
- Degree or relevant background in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in employee engagement, marketing or corporate communications is an advantage.
- Experience in event planning and coordination, including end-to-end logistics management.
- Experience working with vendors and managing procurement processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content for internal audiences.
- Proficient in copywriting and content production, including videos, EDMs and visual communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Canva.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
- A collaborative team player who can work effectively across functions and with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic photography and videography skills are an advantage.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a keen eye for process improvement and user experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
