VJ Designer & Motion Graphics Artist

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient VJ Designer & Motion Graphics Artist to support the production of live entertainment and stage events. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, rendering, and managing visual content for LED screens and multimedia show presentations, ensuring high-quality visual experiences that align with artistic concepts, branding requirements, and live performance objectives.

The ideal candidate possesses strong visual storytelling abilities, advanced motion graphics skills, and the capability to independently conceptualize and produce original visual content from development through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Content Creation & Rendering

-Create, render, and deliver high-quality visual content for live shows, concerts, corporate events, and entertainment productions.

-Develop original motion graphics, animation content, and visual assets for LED screen presentations.

-Produce customized visual materials according to project concepts, show themes, and client requirements.

-Ensure visual content meets technical specifications and performance requirements for show execution.

2. Show Visual Development

-Design and produce brand opening sequences, visual show intros, and stage presentation content.

-Develop customized LED screen visuals, particle effects, background animations, and immersive visual environments.

-Collaborate with production teams to create engaging visual experiences that complement lighting, music, and stage performances.

-Contribute creative concepts and visual solutions throughout the production process.

3. Content Review & Quality Control

-Review and evaluate visual assets for quality, consistency, and suitability for LED screen display.

-Ensure all content maintains a high standard of visual aesthetics and brand alignment.

-Conduct technical checks and optimize content for various screen formats and display systems.

-Manage revisions and updates based on project feedback and production requirements.

4. Post-Production & Project Support

-Perform video editing, compositing, color adjustments, and post-production enhancements.

-Organize and maintain visual content libraries and project files.

-Support rehearsals, technical run-throughs, and live show execution when required.

-Coordinate with designers, VJs, lighting teams, and production stakeholders to ensure seamless content integration.

Key Requirements

-Diploma, Degree, or equivalent practical experience in Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, Digital Media, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.

-Proven experience in motion graphics design, VJ content creation, video production, or multimedia content development.

-Strong ability to independently create and render visual content from concept to final delivery.

-Advanced visual aesthetics and a strong understanding of contemporary design trends.

-Proficiency in video editing, compositing, animation, and rendering workflows.

-Strong post-production skills with attention to detail and quality.

-Experience creating brand identity visuals, opening sequences, and custom visual content.

-Knowledge of LED screen content production and display optimization.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
