Technical Engineer (Tender)

Job Description
- Support the Technical Manager in preparing LTA tender submissions, technical proposals, and tender documents.
- Prepare and coordinate tender drawings, construction methodologies, work programmes, and technical write-ups.
- Review tender drawings, specifications, and requirements to ensure compliance with LTA requirements.
- Assist in preparing BOQ, quantity take-offs, and technical cost information for tender submissions.
- Coordinate with Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain technical information and quotations.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and attending tender clarification or technical meetings.
- Conduct site visits and review existing site conditions to support tender planning and technical proposals.
- Assist in compiling technical documents and ensuring timely submission of tender deliverables.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or civil engineering.
- Experience in LTA tender preparation is preferred.
- Familiar with LTA specifications, tender requirements, drawings, and construction methodologies.
- Good skills in preparing technical documents and engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
