Salary: S$2,000 – S$2,400/month + Sales Commission + Performance Incentive

Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and manage front-desk enquiries, appointments, calls and WhatsApp messages.
Handle cashiering, payments, receipts, customer records and daily administrative duties.
Introduce and promote AVA's TCM wellness services, treatment packages, memberships and promotions.
Follow up with customers on appointments, treatment sessions, package renewals and promotional offers.
Treatment Assistants, company will give job training.
Assist the TCM Physician with treatment preparation and treatment-room duties, including preparing treatment rooms, beds, towels, equipment and necessary supplies.
Assist the Physician during treatments under the Physician's direction and supervision, where appropriate and within the employee's training and permitted scope.
Assist with patient preparation before treatment and room cleaning/sanitisation after treatment.
Coordinate with the Physician and therapists to ensure smooth customer flow and treatment schedules.
Maintain a clean, hygienic and professional reception and treatment environment.
Assist with AVA's social media enquiries, promotions, events and other outlet operations when required.
Requirements
Friendly, responsible, organised and customer-service oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with sales and promoting wellness services without hard selling.
Basic computer/POS and administrative skills.
Previous experience in a TCM clinic, medical clinic, wellness centre, spa, reception or sales role is an advantage.
Candidates with experience assisting TCM Physicians or therapists will be preferred.
Able to communicate effectively in English; Mandarin-speaking ability is advantageous for communicating in a TCM environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to roster.
Willing to learn and be trained in AVA's clinic and wellness operating procedures.
