Project Manager (Furniture & Interior Fit-Out)

Manage residential, commercial and hospitality furniture projects from order confirmation through delivery, installation and handover.

Review drawings, site conditions, measurements, furniture layouts and technical requirements with clients, interior designers and contractors.

Coordinate suppliers, factories, freight forwarders, warehouse, delivery crews and installers to meet project timelines.

Prepare project schedules, monitor production and shipment status, and resolve delays or defects.

Conduct site coordination, installation supervision and quality checks.

Manage variation requests, customised furniture specifications, quotations and project documentation.

Act as the main project contact for clients and ensure timely completion, customer satisfaction and after-sales resolution.

Track project costs, delivery performance and operational risks; improve project processes.
