Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of commercial and residential properties.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties meet maintenance standards.
- Supervise external property managers and contractors for timely service delivery.
- Administer tenancy matters, including lease agreements and renewals.
- Maintain and update tenancy schedules and lease trackers.
- Serve as the main contact for tenants, fostering positive relationships.
- Coordinate marketing and leasing of vacant units and conduct property viewings.
- Monitor operational expenditure and coordinate capital works projects.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations concerning property management.
- Assist in the preparation of performance reports and maintain property data.
- Support lifecycle management of assets, including documentation and due diligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4–6 years of experience in property or asset management.
- Proven experience in tenancy administration and tenant relationship management.
- Knowledge of operational expenditure and capital expenditure management.
- Familiarity with local property regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders across all levels.
