We are looking for a Part-Time Social Media Content Executive to support the Director’s personal branding and digital presence through content planning, storyboarding, filming, and social media content creation.
This is an ad-hoc, part-time opportunity requiring approximately 2-3 working days per week, making it suitable for fresh graduates, students with relevant availability, freelancers, or junior candidates looking to build their portfolio and gain hands-on experience in social media content production.
While this is an entry-level role, candidates should already have some practical exposure to filming content through internships, school projects, freelance work, personal content creation, or previous employment. You will work closely with the Director to develop ideas into structured content and travel together to different locations for filming.

- Prepare filming requirements and content plans ahead of scheduled filming days.
Filming & Content Creation
- Work approximately 2-3 days per week, based on the Director’s filming and content schedule.
- Travel locally with the Director to different locations for filming and content creation.
- Film short-form videos, educational content, marketing videos, interviews, and other social media content.
- Assist with framing, lighting, filming angles, locations, and overall visual presentation.
- Help guide the filming flow to ensure key messages and intended content are captured effectively.
- Capture supporting footage, photos, and behind-the-scenes content where relevant.
- Organise captured content for subsequent use across social media platforms.
Social Media & Content Support
- Support the preparation and organisation of content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Ensure content remains consistent with the Director’s branding, messaging, and communication style.
- Keep up with relevant social media trends and suggest content formats or ideas that may be suitable.
- Support other content and personal branding initiatives when required.
Requirements
- Entry-level and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Singaporean only.
- Prior hands-on exposure to filming or social media content creation is preferable, whether through internships, school projects, freelance work, personal projects, or employment.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, camera, or similar equipment to film social media content.
- Able to take an initial idea and develop it into a structured storyboard, content concept, or filming plan.
- Creative with a good eye for framing, visual presentation, and engaging social media content.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Comfortable with travelling locally with the Director for filming assignments.
- Available to work approximately 2-3 days per week on an ad-hoc or scheduled basis, depending on filming requirements.
