Data Migration Officer (7 Months Contract)

We are seeking a Data Migration Officer from 12th Oct 2026 to 14th May 2027 for a data migration project, shifting datacenter to a different location as well as database system.

Location: Jurong East Exchange (nearest MRT: Chinese Garden)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Salary: $2,600/month

Benefits

• 7 days Annual Leave per calendar year
• $400 outpatient coverage per calendar year
• Overtime is $20.50 per hour for Mon – Sat. $27.30 per hour for Sun

Job Responsibilities

• Perform data sorting, validation and correction
• Process and maintain data related to number and service migration
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Conduct pre- and post-migration system testing
• Perform physical calling and network connectivity tests
• Monitor migration progress and troubleshoot issues
• Escalate any errors or technical issues when required
• Maintain migration records, logs and reports

Requirements

• Candidates with no experience will also be considered as training will be provided
• Detail-oriented and accurate when handling data
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
• Able to commit to the full contract duration
• Minimal planned leave during the contract period
