Technical Developer

Support frontend, backend, and system components through feature development, enhancements, bug fixes, testing, and code reviews.
Investigate application issues by tracing requests across microservices, APIs, databases, messaging systems, and other components.
Analyze logs, application behavior, database interactions, and messaging flows to identify the root cause of production and development issues.
Understand system dependencies, participate in solution discussions, perform impact assessments, and recommend technical solutions and improvements.
Review business and technical requirements, identify gaps and risks, clarify ambiguities, and work closely with stakeholders and development teams
Create and maintain architecture diagrams, system flows, API/integration documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.

Strong programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Node.js, with experience developing enterprise applications.
Good understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, software engineering principles, and design patterns.
Experience with REST APIs, service integrations, and messaging platforms such as Kafka or Solace.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, including log analysis, end-to-end request tracing, SQL, and relational databases.
Experience with Angular, Java/Quarkus, Oracle SQL, Keycloak, CI/CD, Docker/Podman is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical writing, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
