Technical Technician (Mechanical / Electrical / Commissioning) | Singapore

Job Overview

We are recruiting multiple technical technicians for long‑term overseas deployment at our Singapore plant, covering Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Assembly and Equipment Commissioning. Roles focus on the assembly, wiring, debugging and optimisation of PCB and semiconductor automated equipment, offering stable career development and clear technical promotion paths.

New hires will receive 1‑3 months fully paid professional training at Shenzhen HQ to master product structures and operational standards before formal overseas posting.

Monthly Basic Salary: SGD 1,800 – 3,600

Salary is negotiable and uncapped for outstanding talents. Additional overseas allowance, performance bonus and year‑end bonus will be offered based on individual performance and company results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mechanical Assembly Technician

Responsible for mechanical assembly and final assembly of PCB automated equipment (mass production, prototypes and repaired units). Conduct mechanical maintenance and rework for customer equipment, and train new team members after gaining proficient skills.

2. Electrical Assembly Technician

Complete electrical component installation and wiring per project requirements and electrical schematics. Conduct electrical system testing to guarantee equipment quality and full functionality, follow safety regulations, and support team project delivery.

3. Equipment Commissioning Technician

Responsible for air circuit adjustment, performance optimisation and structural commissioning of PCB equipment. Complete equipment inspection and delivery procedures, troubleshoot commissioning abnormalities, propose improvement solutions and follow up on problem closure.

1. College degree or above in Mechanical Design, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related technical majors.

2. Minimum 1‑year experience in automated equipment assembly, wiring, commissioning or maintenance. Experience with PCB equipment, laser equipment, CNC machines and automated production lines is highly preferred.

3. Familiar with precision mechanical assembly, ball screws and linear guide structures; skilled in using measuring tools and reading electrical drawings, capable of independent operational work.

4. Quick learning, hands‑on and logical thinking, with strong independent troubleshooting capabilities, good communication skills and stable work attitude.

5. Relevant technical or electrician certificates are preferred. Willing to work long‑term in Singapore.

Preferred Qualifications
