Program Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Identify delays, risks, dependencies, and issues and drive appropriate recovery actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.
- Manage project governance meetings, project reviews, action items, and key decisions.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, senior management, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Provide regular project updates covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and budget.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably across business and technology initiatives.
- Proven experience managing large-scale and complex projects from initiation through implementation.
- Strong experience in project planning, governance, risk management, and delivery.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management and delivery oversight.
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
