Responsibilities

• Deploy investment capital strategically to fund expansion plans, new location openings, and infrastructure improvements
• Take full P&L accountability by managing budgets and executing high-level business decisions to drive profitability
• Lead business development initiatives including joint ventures, franchising, and regional/international scaling of culinary concepts
• Optimize centralized kitchen operations and supply chain logistics to maintain authentic ingredient sourcing and multi-unit hospitality standards
• Drive talent acquisition aligned with market positioning and operational needs in the F&B sector
• Apply entrepreneurial leadership to increase business valuation and support aggressive growth objectives
