Technical Guidance: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design plans. Set out lines and levels on site and offer solutions for technical problems.

Supervision and Management: Oversee construction crews and subcontractors. Manage daily workflows to match project schedules and goals.

Quality and Safety Control: Run quality checks on materials and completed work. Enforce health and safety rules to protect workers.

Communication and Reporting: Write daily site reports and document project progress. Talk with clients, architects, and managers to share updates. [1, 2, 3, 4]
