Customer Service Associate (Temp Part-time)

Location: iMall (Marine Parade / East)

Jan & Elly is an established English Language School, focused on teaching Phonics and English to 4-12 year olds.

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Associate to join our team on a temporary part-time basis (Sep-Oct). This role is ideal for students on holiday who enjoy working with people and are keen to learn about daily centre operations in the education industry.

$14 per hour, available immediately.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors

• Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and messages in promptly and in timely manner

• Support student arrival, waiting and dismissal

• Support teachers with day-to-day centre operations

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident and professional communication skills

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask with a strong sense of accountability

• Comfortable interacting with parents and young children

• Able to commit to working on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays

  Weekday hours: 2pm-9pm

  Weekend hours: 9am-6pm (incl 1 hour lunch break)

• No experience required, on-the-job guidance provided
