Job Summary

Join our local Singapore florist team as a full time or permanent part-time assistant florist, supporting flower arrangements and retail operations during evening hours and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and design flower gifts and bouquets to meet customer needs and occasion themes
• Assist customers with flower selection and provide friendly, helpful service during retail hours
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient work environment
• Work independently to complete assigned floristry tasks and retail duties between day shift (9am - 3pm) and evening shifts (5pm-10:30pm) on weekdays and weekends
• Manage computer tasks including email and internet use to support daily operations
• Commit to a regular weekly work schedule for at least 12 months to ensure consistent team support
• Work on critical peak periods, including every day from February 11 to 14 (Valentine’s week) and Mother’s Day, to handle increased customer demand
• Attend face-to-face interviews as part of the selection process

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in floristry or retail and customer service environments
• Creativity in floral design and a passion for working with flowers and people
