Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise train operators and shunters.
- Coordinate the safe operation and movement of rail vehicles.
- Ensure personnel follow approved operating and safety procedures.
- Conduct operational and safety briefings.
- Coordinate with controllers, station supervisors and site teams.
- Respond to operational incidents and support recovery activities.
- Monitor operator competency, performance and compliance.
- Diploma in an engineering discipline, GCE A-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum five years of relevant working experience.
- Railway operations, train-driving, shunting or heavy-equipment experience is preferred.
