J2EE Technical Lead (Agency Contract)

About our client: Our client is Reputed Bank.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable API solutions.
• Set technical standards and best practices for API development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API requirements.
• Oversee API integration with internal and external systems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship.
• Ensure API security reliability, and performance.
• Manage the API lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Establish API documentation and governance processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated on emerging API technologies and trends.

Skills/Requirement

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development and leading the team.
• Minimum 3 years in Banking domain with strong development experience in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, JPA, REST APIs, SOAP, JavaScript, Angularjs / ReactJs, ICAP, Websphere, JMS
• Experience in third-party services Such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML 2.0 SSO.
• Hands on Design and Development of REST API along with lead role on full development life cycle for API including leading code/design reviews and architectural choices
