Principal (Preschool / Childcare/ Kindergarten) Location: Suntec, Thomson, Marine Parade, Bedok, Sengkang, East Coast, Toa Payoh

• Lead and support teaching staff in delivering the school’s curriculum and policies

• Plan staff schedules and conduct regular team meetings

• Manage administrative duties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Oversee daily centre operations, including childcare and infant care services

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance

• Manage and support the SPARK accreditation process

• Build and maintain communication with parents and the community

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Diploma in Preschool Education – Leadership (DPL)

• Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a preschool setting

• Experience with SPARK accreditation is an advantage
