BIM MODELLER

BIM Modeller will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate BIM models, preparing construction drawings, and supporting multidisciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with BIM Coordinators, engineers and site teams to ensure that BIM models and drawings meet project requirements, quality standards, and construction needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit based on design drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

· Prepare and update shop drawings, construction drawings, layouts, sections, and details.

· Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines and identify design conflicts and discrepancies.

· Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and other relevant BIM software.

· Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, modelling requirements, naming conventions, and LOD requirements.

· Assist BIM Coordinators and project engineers in BIM coordination meetings and model reviews.

· Generate drawings, schedules, quantities, and other project information from BIM models when required.

· Maintain proper model revisions, documentation, and file management.

· Provide updated BIM models and drawings to support construction and site activities.

· Ensure all modelling and documentation work is completed accurately and within project deadlines.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM modelling experience in the construction, engineering, or building-services industry.

· Proficient in Autodesk Revit. Familiarity with Navisworks and AutoCAD.

· Good knowledge of BIM modelling standards and practices.

· Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
