T&C Engineer (Electrical)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Testing and Commissioning Engineer to support the delivery of railway and power infrastructure projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong technical expertise in railway or power supply systems and a passion for delivering high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate testing and commissioning activities to ensure successful project delivery within timeline, quality, and safety requirements.

• Prepare and manage T&C documentation, including method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), test reports, certificates, and handover documentation.

• Conduct and oversee FAT, SAT, system integration testing, and final commissioning activities.

• Monitor testing progress, manage defects and punch list items, and ensure timely project completion.

• Lead site inspections and T&C meetings to ensure testing readiness and effective stakeholder coordination.

• Mentoring and providing training to the junior staff.

• Abide to the Environmental, Safety and Health regulations (Internal & External).

Section C: Qualifications and Work Experience

• Engineering degree or diploma holders in relevant engineering and minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

• Proven experience in metro or railway power supply system is required.

• Knowledge of Singapore health, safety and environmental regulations will be an advantage

• Capable of reading electrical drawings and schematics

• Good interpersonal, planning, analytical and problem-solving skill

• Good oral and written communication skills
