Brand Ambassador (Events & Roadshows)

About the role

You represent client brands at roadshows, mall activations and events across Singapore. Clients are in telecommunications, consumer services and the non-profit sector, so the product changes campaign to campaign.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage visitors at event and roadshow sites, and introduce the client's product
• Answer customer enquiries and explain product details accurately
• Complete sign-ups and record customer information correctly
• Set up and pack down booth materials at the start and end of each site day
• Attend product and compliance briefings for each new client campaign
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by the site lead

Requirements

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers
• Able to work 2 - 3 weekends per month
• No prior experience required — fresh graduates and first-time full-time workers welcome

• Full product and compliance training before you work any site
• Progression to senior ambassador at around a month, team lead at around 3 months, based on performance
• Occasional regional campaign travel 2 - 5 times a year
