Building Construction Project Engineer

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and managing construction projects.

Monitor daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.

Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.

Review construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements and technical submissions.

Identify and resolve technical and site coordination issues promptly.

Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and construction activities.

Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets project requirements.

Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations, BCA requirements and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

Attend site meetings, coordination meetings and inspections.

Prepare progress reports, site records, inspection documents and other project documentation.

Coordinate testing, commissioning, defects rectification and project handover.

Assist with variation works, progress claims and other project-related matters.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
