Logistics Coordinator (Control Tower) – 1 Year Contract

Location: Changi South

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: $3,800 – $4,200 per month

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Start Date: Immediate / ASAP

About the Role

Our client, a global freight forwarding and logistics solutions provider, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their Control Tower team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for customer orders and shipments, ensuring end-to-end visibility, timely execution, and proactive communication across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer orders and shipments from order receipt through final delivery
• Coordinate transportation and shipment activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Act as the primary contact point for customers on shipment status and operational matters
• Prepare quotations in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines
• Monitor shipment milestones and proactively identify delays, disruptions, or discrepancies
• Investigate shipment exceptions and work with stakeholders on corrective actions
• Communicate shipment risks and alternative solutions to customers to ensure on-time delivery
• Support process improvement, digitalisation, and operational excellence initiatives
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and system updates

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation operations, or customer/control tower operations
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus
