Resposibilities
- Ensure that all installations are in accordance with local Codes, Regulations and Standards
- Inspect and monitor quality of workmanship of the works on site
- Check all drawings and contract specifications
- Review Method Statement & Risk Assessment Document & Inspection Test Plan procedure
- Review the Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) Plan and Procedure Documents
- Follow the approved engineering drawings /documents & carried out inspection.
- Review & follow QP/PE Design approved documents
- Review project overall schedule on weekly basis on construction and inspection activities
- Internal meeting with Eng., Team & contractor
- Follow-up & monitor daily project schedule
- Prepare and reviewing of daily & weekly report
- Possess at least Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 Years of experience as RTO
- HDB experience required
- Have good knowledge and experience with Architectural, Civil & structural and M&E works.
- Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES/ACES
