Architect

Job Summary

Lead and manage project designs, ensuring compliance with standards and timely delivery. Serve as the key liaison among consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve design issues and support site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of design coordinators and architects to manage architectural project aspects, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and quality standards
• Oversee planning, organization, and supervision of construction drawing production, including shop drawing submissions for approval
• Act as the primary architectural liaison between consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design drawings and details
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, codes of practice, and company protocols throughout project execution
• Provide technical support to the site team by resolving design discrepancies and coordinating structural, M&E, and interior works
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials meet design requirements
• Assist senior management in preparing reports, managing documentation, and representing the team in coordination meetings

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Architecture
• Familiarity with local submission and authority processes
