General Manager - Lifestyle
VAULT PERSONNEL PTE. LTD.
P&L & portfolio management
- Own the consolidated Lifestyle P&L and each line's contribution; report monthly by line.
- Allocate attention and budget across the four lines by return, not habit.
F&B (outsourced operator)
- Manage the operator contract: service standards, performance review, escalation.
- Own the incentive structure — verify it actually motivates the operator to its growth target; renegotiate if incentives cap out.
- Coordinate F&B with events (catering, packages) and daypart programming.
Retail
- Own retail performance: revenue, gross margin, sell-through, inventory turns.
- Direct buying and range planning
- Drive attachment from arena traffic, members and event guests; visual merchandising with the Head of Brand.
Events & venue sales
- Manage the Events & Venue Sales Manager (B2B + B2C); own the events revenue line and pipeline reviews.
- Approve event pricing, packages and calendar; protect BU arena revenue when selling buyouts.
Rentals & partnerships
- Grow recurring rental income: existing partners; source new rental partners for underused space and hours.
- Lead brand partnerships and activations with the Head of Brand — the studio executes; this role owns the commercial relationship.
What success looks like
