AI Specialist

Promote and drive the adoption of AI tools and digital productivity solutions across the organization. Act as an internal AI evangelist by conducting training sessions, workshops, roadshows, and awareness programs. Educate employees on effective and responsible use of AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes, and design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions, workshops and awareness programs to promote AI adoption

• Educate employees on effective and responsible use of AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes

• Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate

• Collaborate with business users to improve productivity and operational efficiency through digital solutions

• Build, train, test, and enhance machine learning models to support business initiatives

• Develop AI-based prototypes and proof-of-concepts to address business challenges

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions

• Establish best practices, standards, and guidelines for AI and automation initiatives

• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and governance requirements

Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in AI, digital transformation, business automation, and technology implementation

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar generative AI platforms

• Experience in designing, developing, or deploying Machine Learning models for business or operational use cases

• Practical experience in workflow automation using Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft 365 ecosystem

• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts, model training, testing, and deployment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate

• Experience conducting user training, workshops, presentations, or change management initiatives (advantageous)

• Experience identifying business process improvement opportunities and implementing automation solutions (advantageous)
