Telemarketer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a confident communicator who loves connecting with people over the phone. The company is looking for a motivated Telemarketer to join a growing insurance team.

One of the key role is in generating leads, setting appointments, and introducing the Company's insurance products to potential customers.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/databases
• Qualify leads and set appointments for sales consultants/agents
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive tone
• Update customer records and call outcomes in the CRM system
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines when discussing insurance products

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively
• Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office)
• Prior telemarketing, telesales, or call centre experience is a plus (not required)
• Minimum Education: Diploma
• Fluent in English
