Job Summary

Lead and manage architectural project teams to achieve project objectives while ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards in major construction works including buildings, tunnels, and deep excavations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage project teams to achieve objectives set by the Superintending Officer and consultants, ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Apply professional architectural expertise to deliver projects that meet the highest technical and safety standards
  • Plan and oversee QSS manpower deployment according to main contractors’ work schedules to optimize resource utilization
  • Monitor and ensure the welfare and well-being of all project personnel throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and apply procedures from the Changi Aerodrome Manual, Airside Works Procedures Manual, AOS requirements, and WSH Manual to ensure regulatory compliance

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects and maintain current registration with the Board of Architects
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 20 years of relevant architectural experience, including at least 15 years managing projects of similar size and complexity
  • Have architectural experience in major construction works involving buildings, tunnels, and deep excavation
  • Be currently employed under the Contractor for a minimum of 5 years
  • Proficiently administer contracts using Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC)
