Job Summary

Manage and optimize clinic operations by overseeing daily workflows, coordinating healthcare staff, ensuring excellent patient service, maintaining compliance, and driving business performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient registration, appointments, consultations, and administrative workflows
• Coordinate communication and collaboration among doctors, nurses, therapists, receptionists, and other healthcare personnel
• Maintain clinic organization, cleanliness, and adequate supply levels by monitoring inventory, medical supplies, equipment, and facility needs
• Supervise, schedule, and assign duties to clinic staff while monitoring their performance to meet operational standards
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of clinic staff to enhance team capabilities
• Address workplace and operational concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive work environment
• Foster teamwork, professionalism, and delivery of courteous, efficient patient service throughout the clinic
• Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service-related issues to improve patient satisfaction and experience
• Monitor patient flow and implement improvements to optimize the overall patient journey
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient information in compliance with privacy standards
• Maintain accurate clinic records, reports, and administrative documentation for operational transparency
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, healthcare procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Monitor operational costs and support budgeting and expense control initiatives to optimize resource use
• Coordinate with authorities, vendors, suppliers, and external service providers to support clinic operations
• Track clinic performance metrics, productivity, and service standards to identify improvement opportunities
• Support marketing, business development, and patient acquisition efforts to enhance clinic growth
• Prepare operational reports and provide actionable recommendations to management for decision-making
