Preschool Lead Teacher (English)

We are looking for a dedicated English Senior Preschool Educator to join our international, play-based preschool. This role suits an experienced teacher who enjoys leading the classroom and mentoring fellow educators.

Responsibilities:

Mentor and support educators in delivering high-quality English lessons
Lead curriculum planning and ensure engaging, age-appropriate activities
Create safe, stimulating, and play-based learning environments
Build strong partnerships with parents and the school community
Work with children aged 18 months to 6 years (Playgroup, Nursery, Kindergarten)

Requirements:

ECDA L2 Certification (mandatory)
Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or higher
Minimum 5 years’ teaching experience in preschool classrooms
Mentoring or leadership experience is an advantage
