Responsibilities
Plan and deliver routine-based early intervention programmes based on children’s Individualised Education Plan (IEP).
Support children in developing motor, communication, social, cognitive, and self-help skills to enhance school readiness.
Apply naturalistic teaching strategies, behavioural interventions, and differentiated support according to each child’s needs.
Collaborate with therapists, social workers, parents, and other professionals as part of a transdisciplinary team.
Develop engaging, age-appropriate learning materials and activities based on children’s interests.
Guide and mentor Assistant Teachers and Teacher Aides, including classroom management and teaching strategies.
Collaborate with therapists, social workers, parents, and other professionals as part of a transdisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and timely teaching and case documentation.
Participate in team discussions, events, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood
Have relevant work experience in Early Childhood or Early Intervention settings
Creative, flexible thinking, and able to motivate children
Candidates who possess a valid First Aid Certificate would be advantageous (not compulsory).
Able to work independently or as a team.
