DRINK STALL ASSISTANT

Job Summary

Prepare and serve traditional local coffee, tea, and other beverages while maintaining cleanliness and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Brew traditional local coffee, tea, juices, lassi, and ice blended desserts following standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality
• Take customer orders and process payment transactions accurately using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the stall, tools, and work area throughout the day
• Restock ingredients, cups, ice, and other supplies promptly to support smooth operations
• Perform opening and closing routines, including tidying the stall and preparing stock for the day
• Follow food hygiene rules, safety practices, and internal procedures to ensure compliance and customer safety
• Assist with additional tasks as directed by the supervisor to support team needs
• Communicate clearly and maintain a warm, service-minded attitude in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality while collaborating effectively within a team

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience working at a restaurant drinks stall or in the food and beverage (F&B) industry is advantageous but not required
• Willingness to learn and become comfortable making local Indian traditional coffee, tea, mango lassi, and similar beverages
• Food Safety Course Level 1 certification is preferred
