Bartender

Wooloomooloo Steakhouse is looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team! If you love crafting great drinks and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Position: Bartender

Location: Wooloomooloo Steakhouse, Singapore

Salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,500 (commensurate with experience)

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, and beverages to a high standard
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
• Deliver warm, attentive service and build great guest relationships
• Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and ordering as needed
• Work closely with the F&B and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
• Uphold responsible alcohol service and hygiene standards at all times

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a fine dining, steakhouse, or upscale bar/restaurant setting
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine pairing basics
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player, reliable, and well-groomed
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
