Onsite IT Engineer

Looking for an IT role where you get to work closely with users and be the go-to IT person on-site? This could be for you!
Your Role
- Provide day-to-day onsite IT & end-user support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
- Support Windows/Mac OS, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
- Manage IT assets and support ticketing systems
- Coordinate with client & internal IT teams
- Assist with IT rollouts, upgrades & deployments
- Escalate complex issues when required
We’re Looking For
- Experience in desktop, network or onsite IT support
- Good troubleshooting skills in hardware, software and network environments
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is an advantage
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- ITIL knowledge/certification is an advantage
- Able to work independently and coordinate with different stakeholders
Junior or experienced candidates are welcome!
Salary will be commensurate with experience and technical skillset.
