Compliance Officer (KYC/AML) | $3,500 + Bonus

Salary: S$3,500 + Performance Bonus + Nominee Director Incentives (Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.) Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm Work Location: Jurong East

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Singapore laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.

• Conduct KYC, AML, and due diligence checks on clients.

• Review and maintain accurate compliance documentation and records.

• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.

• Provide guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.

• Report and escalate potential compliance breaches to management.

• Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise relevant departments accordingly.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Law, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of compliance officer experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate services firm.

• Experience with KYC, AML, and other relevant regulatory requirements in Singapore.

• Comfortable with a hands-on, foundational compliance role rather than a senior management-level position.
