Logistics Coordinator (West / 5 days / 3PL) [EL]

Export Operations

• Coordinate and manage export pickup bookings with internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment arrangements.
• Prepare and verify all required export documentation for shipment processing.
• Issue pre-alerts and shipment details to destination offices or relevant parties.
• Verify shipment details and ensure the correct goods are released and endorsed to the appointed transporter.
• Print, organize, and maintain shipping documents in accordance with customer requirements and compliance procedures.

Import Operations

• Monitor and track import shipments to ensure timely delivery and shipment visibility.
• Verify shipment quantities and ensure there are no discrepancies in package counts.
• Coordinate with the customer’s receiving team to resolve shipment discrepancies, damages, or delivery issues.

Reporting & Administration

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain shipment-related records.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
