Service and Operations Support Technician

Job Description

1. Provide technical support for equipment repairs, maintenance, and installation activities.
2. Assist the Operations team with basic administrative paperwork and logistics coordination.
3. Carry out simple on-site installation and servicing work at customers' production plants and industrial facilities.
4. Support troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance activities as assigned.
5. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures and company standards.

Requirements

1. NITEC in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
2. Candidates with 2 to 3 years of relevant technical experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
3. Computer literate with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
4. 1 to 2 years of experience as an Industrial Service Technician (Mechanical) is preferred.
5. Experience working in a refinery, power plant, or similar industrial environment, particularly involving piping or tubing systems, will be an advantage.
6. Able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and spoken Mandarin.
7. Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
