Electrical Test Engineer(Medical Manufacturing-Python)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute production end-of-line (EOL) electrical testing and root-cause analysis on sophisticated electromechanical systems and medical imaging platforms
  • Document test results in Device History Records (DHRs), track defect logs, and systematically triage nonconforming units for rework, scrap, or return
  • Develop, refine, and implement automated and semi-automated test fixtures and scripts to optimize test coverage, yield, and manufacturing cycle time
  • Serve as the on-the-ground testing expert, collaborating closely with global hardware teams and local suppliers to resolve board-level quality and production issues
  • Maintain, document, and calibrate custom test equipment across internal facilities and external manufacturing partner sites
  • Write and maintain rigorous manufacturing test documentation, including test procedures, work instructions, and environmental stress screening reports

Requirements:

  • Msc / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatroncis Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical test development and electronics manufacturing, with a strong background in medical devices or other regulated electronic products
  • Hands-on proficiency with bench instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators) and a systematic approach to board-level and system-level troubleshooting
  • Proven experience writing test automation and scripts using Python
  • Strong ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and electrical specifications, combined with excellent documentation habits for regulated environments
  • Comfortable working in a start up environment ( starting annual leave15 days)
  • Familiarity with ultrasound electronics, piezoelectric transducers, high-frequency analog/RF circuits, and design-for-test (DFT) processes will be a big plus
