Logistics Operations Manager

Job Summary

NHM Logistics Pte. Ltd. seeks a Logistics Operations Manager to lead daily courier, delivery, and transport operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, coordination, and service quality to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily parcel, cargo, and point-to-point delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate service
• Plan delivery schedules, optimize routes, and allocate vehicles to maximize operational efficiency
• Coordinate drivers to ensure on-time completion of delivery jobs and adherence to safety protocols
• Oversee warehouse pickups, commercial cargo movements, and customer deliveries to maintain seamless logistics flow
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve delays, failed deliveries, and operational issues
• Manage customer delivery requirements and address service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Track vehicle utilization and operational efficiency to identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate delivery records, operational reports, and performance indicators for management review
• Implement process improvements to enhance delivery quality and productivity
• Support management initiatives to expand delivery capacity and logistics services
• Ensure drivers comply with company procedures and safety requirements
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to coordinate logistics activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, Business, or related discipline preferred
• Experience coordinating drivers, vehicles, or delivery schedules preferred
• Relevant experience in logistics, courier, transport, delivery, or operations
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple delivery jobs and priorities effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, navigation systems, and digital delivery platforms
• Ability to work independently in a growing SME environment
• Singapore driving licence is an advantage
