Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Lesson Delivery

• Plan and conduct engaging online and physical English tuition lessons for O-Level and A-Level students

• For online lessons, deliver lessons via Zoom or other online platforms in a fully remote environment

• Tailor teaching methods to suit individual student learning styles and needs

• Adapt lesson delivery for both physical and online settings

Curriculum & Syllabus

• Demonstrate deep familiarity with the Singapore MOE O-Level and A-Level English syllabus

• Stay updated on syllabus changes and examination trends

• Curate lesson materials for students, including notes, worksheets, and practice papers

Student Development

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback

• Develop improvement plans for underperforming students

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field

• Strong understanding of the Singapore O/A-Level English syllabus

• Excellent communication and teaching skills

• Teaching experience is preferred, but outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible schedule

• Hybrid (remote + physical) as required
