About the role
Indrugco Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable, responsible and technology-savvy Delivery Driver to support the timely and professional delivery of pharmaceutical, healthcare and medical products to hospitals, clinics, medical centres, pharmacies, doctors and other healthcare customers throughout Singapore.
The successful candidate must be comfortable using smartphone GPS navigation, Google Maps or equivalent route-planning applications, WhatsApp and other basic digital communication tools.
This role requires good time management, route planning, customer service and attention to delivery accuracy.
Key responsibilities
Perform daily deliveries of pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical and related products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, doctors and healthcare institutions
Ensure all deliveries are made safely, accurately and within the assigned delivery schedule
Check products against delivery orders before departure
Obtain appropriate acknowledgement, signatures, stamps or electronic confirmation upon delivery
Handle products carefully to prevent damage, contamination, loss or mix-ups
Return signed delivery documents and undelivered items to the company promptly
Report any discrepancies, damaged products, failed deliveries or customer issues immediately
Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with doctors, nurses, clinic staff, pharmacists, hospital personnel and other healthcare customers
Follow company procedures for the handling and transportation of pharmaceutical and healthcare products
Requirements
Valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving licence, as applicable to the assigned company vehicle
Safe and responsible driving record
Familiarity with Singapore roads and major hospitals, clinics and healthcare areas
Comfortable driving throughout Singapore on a daily basis
Able to load, unload and carry delivery cartons/packages as required
Confident using a smartphone
Use Google Maps, Waze or equivalent GPS navigation applications confidently and follow company-assigned delivery routes
Able to use WhatsApp for work communication
Basic ability to read and respond to written instructions in English
Reliable, punctual, responsible, trustworthy, organised and systematic
